Carried out at one of the most well-established universities in Türkiye, İstanbul Technical University, and supported by the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Human Resources Office, second application period for the international “Human Resources Management Master's Program” will begin soon.

The program aims to train globally recognized Human Resources Managers who can lead human resources according to the conditions of our era. The program is open to applications from all countries, especially the member and observer countries of the Organization of Turkic States, the Balkans and African countries.

The second applications for the program, which is carried out in two different ways as thesis and non-thesis, will be received between 5-29 August 2024. The language of instruction of both programs is Turkish. All bachelor’s graduates who want to work in the field of Human Resources can apply. International candidates who apply for master’s with thesis will be financially supported within the scope of the "Türkiye Scholarship" program of the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities. International candidates who meet all application criteria but do not have Turkish language certificate will be given the opportunity to study in Turkish preparatory classes.

In addition, candidates with international status who are applying for a master's program with thesis are expected to send an e-mail to ikyukseklisans@cbiko.gov.tr for scholarship requests.
